Description

You'll design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects in sectors like education and healthcare, working under a licensed engineer. Using Revit/BIM, you'll model ductwork, piping, and equipment, while coordinating with clients and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proficiency in Revit and Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus
• LEED accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Design ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment selection
• Calculate heating/cooling loads using energy modeling software
• Create Revit/BIM models from schematic to construction administration
• Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications
• Attend OAC meetings and respond to RFIs and change orders
