You will define and execute the engineering vision, ensuring scalable, reliable systems that support rapid international growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale Engineering, Platform, and Data Science functions
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product goals
• Drive engineering execution from discovery to delivery
• Build and scale a modern platform with AI-native tools

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations (30–70+ engineers) in B2B SaaS
• Background as VP Engineering or CTO with strong hands-on technical foundation
• Ability to bridge engineering, product, and business strategy with strong product mindset
• Experience working closely with Data Science/ML teams and integrating AI/ML into production systems
