You'll handle daily setup, monitoring, and optimization across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms, ensuring flawless tracking and making tactical adjustments to maximize performance. This role is crucial for building the digital foundation for the deskless workforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media accounts in a B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail with passion for organized ad accounts and precise tracking
- Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary builder within ad platforms, handling daily setup, monitoring, and tactical optimization
- Transform playbook into campaigns, managing workflow from tracking-link to creative uploading and A/B testing
- Ensure flawless tracking (UTMs, pixels) for clean data
- Propose tactical adjustments (bid strategies, placements, audience filters, creative refresh)
- Collaborate with publications for multi-channel direct-buy campaigns
