You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for customers at BoxLunch, a pop culture driven brand. Your core impact involves sharing fandom knowledge, stocking products, and merchandising the store. You'll help lead a civic minded team while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixture mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
