💼 About This Role

You'll lead real-world evidence strategy for early cancer detection products, driving observational research that shapes clinical adoption and market access. You'll translate complex scientific questions into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute RWE studies (retrospective database analyses, prospective observational)
• Lead protocol development including objectives, endpoints, and analysis plans
• Partner with biostatistics and data science for data analysis and interpretation
• Deliver insights to inform product strategy, clinical positioning, and market access

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MPH, MS, PharmD) in epidemiology, health outcomes research, or biostatistics
• 7–10+ years of experience in real-world evidence or HEOR in industry
• Experience leading observational studies across full lifecycle (protocol to dissemination)
• Strong understanding of real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries) and their application
