Description

You will develop gapfill processes on our D-lab tool through DOE experiments and data analysis to optimize process performance. You'll operate specialized equipment, measure wafer conformality, and analyze TEM images to identify trends. Hardware involvement to expand process windows may also be part of your role.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD student in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics or related field
• Strong academic background
• Hands-on lab or research experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for wafer and FOUP preparation
• Conduct DOE experiments on gapfill process
• Collect data on deposition rate, uniformity, stress, WER, conformality
• Analyze TEM images for conformality assessment
• Participate in hardware tasks to expand process window
