💼 About This Role

You'll play a critical role working with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. You'll develop industry-specific knowledge within the Consumer group and create financial analyses for valuations and projections. The program includes training with Wall Street Prep and mentorship for promotion to Associate after three years.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support business development and investment banking transactions
• Create financial analysis including valuation, projections, and peer analysis
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, and information memos
• Coordinate and perform due diligence

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Sell-Side M&A
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must pass Securities Industry Essentials Exam, Series 79, and Series 63
