Description

You will lead Scandit's Platform Engineering team, which owns the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline ecosystem. You'll bring structure and predictable execution, mentor a talented team of DevOps and SRE professionals, and partner with product engineering teams. The role includes room for expanded scope as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading teams
• Experienced in leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab)
• Strong in project/program management and stakeholder communication
• Comfortable driving cross-team initiatives to completion

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team
• Own operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance (e.g., Snyk, ISO)
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (OKRs)
• Proactively collaborate with product and engineering teams to align priorities
