• Identify and drive strategic projects to improve customer experience
• Lead initiatives to uplift day-to-day operational functions
• Take a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in strategy, strategic operations, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis
• Exceptional stakeholder management especially with Engineering teams
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries
