You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense and government clients in Eastern Europe. You'll own a portfolio of customers, manage long-term account plans, and drive pipeline growth.   • Lead sales efforts for drone detection radar solutions in your region.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute market plans to engage customers and attract prospects.
  • Translate customer needs into realistic solutions and manage account plans.
  • Drive pipeline growth through in-person and virtual meetings.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of international sales or account management in Defense & Security.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales.
  • Fluency in local language and English at business level.

  • Military or public safety background.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Additional languages.
