You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to defense and government clients in Eastern Europe. You'll own a portfolio of customers, manage long-term account plans, and drive pipeline growth. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead sales efforts for drone detection radar solutions in your region.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute market plans to engage customers and attract prospects.
- Translate customer needs into realistic solutions and manage account plans.
- Drive pipeline growth through in-person and virtual meetings.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of international sales or account management in Defense & Security.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales.
- Fluency in local language and English at business level.

- Military or public safety background.
- Experience with HubSpot.
