💼 About This Role

You'll build the technical infrastructure that makes people decisions informed, scalable, and automated. You'll create dashboards, automation, and data systems to enable People Partners to focus on coaching leaders. This role integrates data-driven workforce strategies into core business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain reliable people data systems
• Create dashboards for key metrics (hiring, attrition, performance, comp)
• Automate core processes (onboarding, performance, mobility, offboarding)
• Run workforce analysis and ensure data quality

📋 Requirements

• Significant years in people analytics, HRIS administration, or compensation analysis
• Ability to write SQL queries or use data extraction tools
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Hex, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience with Rippling HRIS
• Familiarity with generative AI tools
