- Drive gross and net revenue retention across commercial and mid-market segments.
- Design and optimize scalable customer success models and engagement workflows.
- Lead implementation of CRM, CSP, and AI-driven solutions for customer engagement.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing customer success organization.
π Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or go-to-market leadership.
- 5+ years leadership experience managing customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
- Proven success managing commercial or mid-market segments at scale.
- Track record of achieving retention and expansion metrics including GRR and NRR.
