You'll drive customer value and retention for Canary's hospitality AI platform, serving 20,000+ hoteliers globally. You'll own a book of mid-market accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and expansion. This role offers the chance to work with top hotel brands and join a fast-growing series B company backed by Y Combinator.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead client onboarding including requirements gathering and webinars
  • Partner with clients to drive product adoption and value
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Proactively expand book of business with Sales team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • 2-3 years of account management or customer success in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
