🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Interim Financial Aid Director, leading department staff and priorities
• Assess efficiency of financial aid/student accounts operations
• Provide consulting on regulatory issues and best practices
• Design and deliver training to align policy, process, and technology

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in all aspects of college financial aid
• Experience as a Director, Associate, or Assistant Director at a college
• Hands-on experience with financial aid ERP software configuration
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and technology adoption

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Title IV programs and regulatory compliance
• Financial aid business process review experience
• Consultative approach and superior communication skills
