Description

You will lead a critical product area supporting Payroll Services, focusing on Taxes and Money Movement. You'll define strategy across multiple teams, coach product managers, and partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable, compliant systems that power payroll outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• 2-3 years in a leadership or people management role
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineers
• Proven track record of delivering successful customer-focused products at scale

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy across multiple teams
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Partner with Design and Engineering leadership to execute product roadmap
• Own portfolio prioritization and planning cadence (OKRs, quarterly planning, roadmap communication)
• Drive measurable business outcomes for key areas
