Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Satisfactory background checks
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; ability to sit/stand/walk for periods

Responsibilities

  • Stays current with trends in the field and ensures best practices are implemented
  • Works within a multidisciplinary team to meet standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participates in agency-wide and stakeholder committees
  • May oversee behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices
  • Completes assessments and related requirements for individuals on caseload
