Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Computer skills
- Satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; ability to sit/stand/walk for periods
Responsibilities
- Stays current with trends in the field and ensures best practices are implemented
- Works within a multidisciplinary team to meet standards and regulatory requirements
- Participates in agency-wide and stakeholder committees
- May oversee behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices
- Completes assessments and related requirements for individuals on caseload
