Description

You will lead a team of engineers and managers focused on Affirm's data and storage services, including online storage infrastructure. You'll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to scale frameworks and tools for new products.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing diverse teams and delivering large cross-functional technical programs.
• Depth in cache architecture and lifecycle management (tiered cache, eviction, consistency models).
• Experience operating low-latency, high-throughput storage platforms (Redis, DynamoDB, MySQL).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a growth mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
