💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. You'll implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress. This role offers paid training and BCBA supervision toward certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to children
• Work in homes, parks, libraries, and schools
• Follow individualized treatment plans from BCBAs
• Collect data and communicate progress with families

📋 Requirements

• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Previous experience working with children
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
