You will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new customers for EV charging solutions, focusing on transit authorities in Canada and the US Midwest. Your role involves building strategic relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-impact deals. You'll be supported by a cross-functional team but lead the charge in expanding our footprint.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed targeted sales goals.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable; thrives in dynamic sales environments.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in enterprise or commercial markets.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell EV solutions to new/current customers, focusing on transit authorities.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders including legal and procurement.
  • Deliver sales presentations aligning solutions with customer needs and demonstrating business value.
  • Manage pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts in SFDC with 180-day rolling forecast.
  • Support responses to formal procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs).
