Description

Support the Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations, ensuring products are received correctly. Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions, communicate discrepancies, and assist with inventory and training.

Requirements

• Open availability to work up to full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
• Hardworking individual who can work well with a large team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

• Support Intake team with product drops between Business Development and Operations
• Ensure mail-in and dropped off Flight Club consignment is received under correct account
• Record and troubleshoot issues with Flight Club submissions
• Communicate discrepancies during product intake
• Assist in training of product intake with GOAT and Flight Club
