You'll serve as a strategic advisor to leaders at a mission-driven healthcare startup, driving organizational design and talent development. You'll own key People initiatives, including engagement, performance management, and compensation programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design
• Lead employee engagement initiatives from survey to action
• Guide managers through talent reviews and compensation cycles
• Coach managers on employee relations and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• 3+ years as a strategic Business Partner
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare industry
