You'll join our Martech Salesforce team to improve and develop platforms. You'll design solutions, automate processes, and manage Marketing Cloud journeys. This role offers direct impact on customer interactions across a Super App ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design solutions to meet business needs and automate processes
• Build and maintain Marketing Cloud journeys
• Produce documentation for developed solutions
• Ensure platform governance and best practices
• Integrate data and partner with CRM, Marketing, Data teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Automation Studio, Journey Builder
• Knowledge of Ampscript/SQL/HTML/CSS
• Experience working in agile squads
• Intermediate English

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• SOAP API, REST API, or JavaScript
• AWS knowledge
