You'll drive quality processes for Intelligence Systems products, working cross-functionally to deliver reliable compute solutions for defense customers. You'll take ownership of product risk elimination and lead RCCA activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product development to achieve quality expectations for AIS products
• Champion transition from NPI to sustainable high-rate manufacturing
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board activities
• Establish metrics for measuring quality and predictive factors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense
• Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical field
• 5-7 years experience with quality systems for high-volume manufacturing
