You'll join the talent team of Channel Talk, a core organization driving growth. You'll define talent profiles and execute outbound sourcing to bring in top-tier talent. This role is critical as the company prepares for Series D expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements
• Conduct direct sourcing and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Manage candidate pipeline and data
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• High proficiency with LinkedIn/Remember
• Experience managing candidates systematically
• Proactive in designing and executing recruitment strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years of direct sourcing experience (including search firm)
• Deep understanding of startup/IT industry
• Experience selling company vision to candidates
