🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage overall property operations including maintenance and office functions
• Communicate regularly with residents, prospects, and vendors
• Lead property team to ensure efficient operations
• Develop annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Property Manager or related experience
• Strong leasing and sales experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification
