Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll build strong relationships with defence and intelligence customers in the EMEA region, drive product adoption, and ensure contract renewals. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise in remote sensing and geospatial imagery to help clients realize value from Planet's satellite data platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, account management or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience managing customer relationships or projects in defence
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist customers to expand usage and adoption of products
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Co-own contract renewal with sales
