Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll build strong relationships with defence and intelligence customers in the EMEA region, drive product adoption, and ensure contract renewals. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise in remote sensing and geospatial imagery to help clients realize value from Planet's satellite data platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, account management or similar
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience managing customer relationships or projects in defence
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic
- Ability to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist customers to expand usage and adoption of products
- Onboard and train new clients
- Co-own contract renewal with sales
- Provide excellent customer experience and timely solutions
