💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations. This role offers a fun environment focused on pop culture merchandise and customer engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
