Description

You will own strategic relationships with high-value accounts, guiding them to maximize value from Sigma's cloud analytics platform. By leveraging your analytics expertise, you'll drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and execute success plans to improve Net Dollar Retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Analytics, CS, or related field
  • Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS/analytics/BI industry
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems using data
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in high-value accounts
  • Guide customers in optimizing platform use and gaining actionable insights
  • Develop strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction
  • Advocate for customer needs to product team for feature enhancements
  • Design and deliver training sessions and webinars to increase product adoption
