Description

You will troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair solar PV systems and associated equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operation. The role involves performing corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance, as well as administrative duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (willing to obtain within 6 months)
• 1+ years power plant or PV solar O&M/EPC experience (Level II), 4+ years PV solar experience (Level III)
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours

Responsibilities

• Assist higher level technicians in performing maintenance
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on PV solar equipment
• Execute routine electrical troubleshooting and repair, instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting
• Complete work orders for the preventive maintenance management system
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders, working with Operations Center
