You'll be the first point of contact and brand ambassador, curating a 5-star guest experience while managing a global switchboard and ensuring conference rooms are camera-ready. You'll serve as the go-to person for both guests and employees, handling security protocols and access control. This role offers cross-training in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support as an entry point into a career in Corporate Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and manage digital guest log
• Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries
• Issue badges and manage access cards
• Support event meeting setup and catering
• Maintain reception, barista, and pantry areas

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional reception or hospitality experience
• Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for shifts
