Description

You will lead internal communications for QuillBot (~80%) and support Learneo Corporate (~20%), ensuring employees are informed and aligned with strategic priorities. You'll craft clear messaging across channels, support town halls and executive communications, and coordinate logistics.

Requirements

• 7–12 years in internal or corporate communications, ideally in high-growth or global remote organizations
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience advising executives and handling sensitive information
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with focus on clarity and inclusivity
• Proficient with Slack, intranets, video platforms, and project management

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communications strategy, turning goals into actionable messages across channels
• Plan and deliver company-wide announcements, town halls, AMAs, and executive communications
• Support cross-company communications for Learneo, including acquisitions and re-orgs
• Coordinate communications calendars, logistics, and manage internal channels (Slack, email, intranet)
• Collaborate with People and Recruiting teams on HR programs and employer brand messaging
