🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
• Lead progress measurement and EVM baseline establishment.
• Review and validate contractor schedule submissions and physical progress.
• Perform schedule forensics, trend analysis, and what-if scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of scheduling and project controls experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting mega-projects in semiconductor, oil & gas, or EPC.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMI or related project controls certifications.
• Experience with Power Query and database tools.
• Mentorship or technical leadership experience.
