💼 About This Role

You'll greet and welcome visitors to the TAY Health and Wellness Center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for transitional-age youth seeking support. You'll manage entry, registration, and direct guests to resources while supporting administrative operations. This role is critical for creating a radically inclusive space for marginalized youth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome, check-in, and direct visitors to appropriate resources.
• Administer sign-in logs, intakes, and data collection workflows.
• Maintain clean and welcoming entry and waiting areas.
• Monitor security systems and regulate facility access.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a social service environment serving unhoused individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to use computer systems for data entry and basic tasks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conflict de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bilingual skills.
