🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations for work-life, financial, and basic needs support.
  • Link employees to appropriate local and national resources via referral lists.
  • Document and track metrics including resource needs, referrals, and outcomes.
  • Proactively promote community care advocate services to employees.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience working with diverse populations in social work.
  • Experience connecting individuals to resources locally and outside local communities.
