Description

You will join a paid, full-time, 6-week training program followed by a nine-month residency period designed to help new graduate LPNs transition into home health care nursing. You'll provide one-on-one care for adults in their homes while developing clinical skills in a supportive environment with mentorship from seasoned clinicians.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing in applicable state
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to complete paid training program
• New graduate or recent LPN graduate

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Train and educate family members on patient care
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team members
• Manage supplies and emergency situations
