💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering amazing customer experiences and training new recruits in a music and pop culture retail environment. You'll drive sales and operate daily store functions while sharing your fandom knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes, store map, wall, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
