You'll lead advisory engagements including business valuations for financial reporting and FP&A projects, serving as a trusted advisor to executives. You'll mentor a cross-border team and travel semi-annually to Armenia to collaborate with the advisory team.

• Manage valuation, financial modeling, and M&A advisory engagements.
• Serve as client contact and build relationships with executives.
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of senior associates and associates.
• Collaborate with Armenia-based team, including semi-annual travel.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in valuations for financial reporting (GAAP).
• Prior experience at a public accounting firm or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
