💼 About This Role
You'll own the full commercial lifecycle for Cubist's trading vertical, targeting HFTs and prop shops. Your work will directly drive revenue and expand our presence in capital markets as we solve key security-latency trade-offs. You'll join a team backed by leading VCs and founders with deep crypto expertise.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of trading firms and liquidity providers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering on proof-of-concept scoping.
- Own client relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in BD or institutional sales in crypto/fintech/capital markets.
- Proven full-cycle sales experience from outreach to contract close.
- Ability to discuss private key management, latency, and API connectivity.
- Driven by revenue with a closer mentality.
✨ Nice to Have
- Existing network among HFTs or market makers.
- Experience selling to CTOs or Heads of Trading.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or wallet technologies.
