You'll design, build, and mature the observability ecosystem that underpins our platform and services, delivering deep visibility into system behavior by combining telemetry with user signals. You'll explore how AI and machine learning can enhance observability, from intelligent alerting to root cause analysis. This hands-on role partners closely with engineering teams to drive reliability and performance improvements across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive observability strategy across multiple teams.
• Design scalable observability capabilities for system health and user experience.
• Standardize best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve end-to-end reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in observability engineering, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems principles and trade-offs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience driving large-scale automation and reducing toil.
• Ability to translate technical signals into business impact.
