💼 About This Role

You'll work with Creative and Marketing teams to produce high-quality video content for social media platforms. You'll plan, shoot, and edit videos that elevate BJAK's brand and drive audience engagement. You'll have high autonomy and flat structure from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboard for video shoots.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
• Edit videos with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Manage full production workflow and maintain organized archives.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong portfolio showcasing varied video styles and storytelling.
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.

• Experience working with small production teams or freelancers.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, or Communications.
• Familiarity with social media video algorithms and optimization.
