💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 6-8 SDRs at Navan, hiring and coaching them to exceed pipeline targets. Your impact will shape our sales development engine and drive revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of 6-8 SDRs to achieve revenue targets
  • Design and deliver training workshops on prospecting and discovery
  • Drive weekly and monthly operational cadence to motivate SDRs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years managing an SDR team in a SaaS company
  • 1-3+ years in a closing quota role like Account Executive
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and targets
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale
