Description

You will perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs on Starlink's PCB production equipment, including copper electroplating, etching, and drilling systems. You'll troubleshoot using schematics, improve equipment reliability, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive manufacturing output and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems
• Methodical troubleshooting approach with high attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends on various shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs on electroplating, etching, water treatment, solder mask, drilling, lamination, and plasma etching equipment
• Troubleshoot systems down to component level using mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics
• Use diagnostic equipment to monitor performance, diagnose root cause, and recommend reliability improvements
• Interface with suppliers, specify requirements, and submit purchase requisitions
• Conduct training for production personnel
