You'll build and scale the Enterprise Sales organization for a GenAI code review startup, working alongside founders and GTM leadership. You'll own the full sales cycle and drive direct revenue responsibility while serving as a trusted advisor to technical prospects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a category-defining company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from contact to close
- Manage active sales pipeline and mature sales processes
- Become a product expert and communicate CodeRabbit's benefits
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a closing, quota-carrying role
- Consistently exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit's software
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
