Description

You'll lead high-volume recruitment for HumanSignal's Data Creation Laboratories and platform operations, sourcing talent for critical roles that build datasets for AI applications. You'll manage full-cycle hiring pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to find candidates inspired by the mission of powering AI through human intelligence.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across operations, laboratory staff, quality control, customer success, and technical functions
