You'll lead culturally relevant marketing campaigns for Alo Wellness Club, a digital fitness platform targeting Gen Z and Millennials. You'll drive member acquisition and brand growth by connecting brand storytelling with creator and paid media strategies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop integrated brand marketing campaigns for AWC Digital Studios.
- Partner cross-functionally with Influencer, Social, Paid Media, and Creative teams.
- Manage Gen Z ambassador and college program strategies.
- Build influencer strategies for brand affinity and growth.
๐ Requirements
- 6โ8+ years in brand marketing or integrated campaigns.
- Proven success building digital-first campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior.

- Experience with campus or grassroots community programs.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad platforms.
