🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Salesforce Certinia Cases queue intake and workflow
• Reassign cases to service agents and monitor workload
• Assist with scoping activities, proposals, and RFI/P responses
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent (two-year college)
• Knowledge of Information Systems concepts
• Prior experience with task management/Kanban tools and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and understand processes quickly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce
• Entry-level IAM concepts experience
• Technical sales or consulting experience
