Requirements

• Previous experience leading software engineering teams of 6+ people
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Results-oriented with a product mindset
• Solid technical background in software engineering
• Use of AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot in daily work

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a cross-functional team of software and QA engineers
• Set performance expectations, establish goals, and conduct regular assessments
• Remove obstacles and set up processes for fast flow and scalability
• Work with Product Owner and Tech Lead to shape Sprint Goals
• Drive cross-team collaborations and own HR tasks (recruitment, career planning)
