As an Operations Lead at ALO, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by managing inventory processes, leading shipment and replenishment, and supporting visual standards. You'll coach the team to achieve optimal results in a mindful movement environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and escalate inventory accuracy issues
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and supply management
• Champion sales floor visual standards
• Support stockroom standards and processes
