🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution of 2-3 large-scale cross-functional programs
• Lead roadmap planning and sprint planning with engineering teams
• Identify and manage program risks proactively
• Prepare and deliver regular program status reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• Proficiency in JIRA, OpsGenie, and Slack
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodology

• Experience in software capitalization automation
• Knowledge of financial management in engineering context
• Travel up to 10% to global offices
