💼 About This Role

You'll join Plaid's Enterprise Legal Services team to provide privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance advice. You'll help shape data innovation policies for a fast-growing fintech. This role offers remote flexibility with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance laws
• Provide solutions-oriented advice on AI/ML and data privacy issues
• Monitor regulatory trends and develop compliance policies
• Drive internal training on data protection obligations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years as a practicing lawyer with data privacy focus
• Deep knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GLBA, CCPA)
• Experience conducting privacy or AI governance reviews
• Excellent issue-spotting and risk-based solution skills
